A deposit of $200 (check made payable to Tim Leatherwood or Ann
Leatherwood) will reserve a puppy that is too young to be
completely evaluated by Sweet Bree's Aussies as a possible show/breeding dog
or for temperament and suitabilty. The full purchase price of our puppies
is $QUESTION TIM for companion puppies or $1500 for show/breeding puppies. Any transportation fees will be extra.
The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of a suitable puppy. If no suitable puppy becomes available, the prospective buyer may expand the limits of the reservation or the deposit will be refunded. Sweet Bree's Aussies may choose, for any reason and at any time, to refund the full amount of the deposit to the buyer, thereby ending any and all obligation to sell buyer a dog or puppy. The deposit will not be refunded for any other reason (for example, the buyer purchasing a puppy from another breeder's litter before this puppy is available or purchaser changing mind about buying a puppy or specific preference on exact markings of dog).
The purpose of reserving a puppy is to make that puppy unavailable to others by guaranteeing it a home. A reservation also assures a prospective buyer of the greatest possible chance of actually getting a puppy from a specific litter and/or picking an "ideal" puppy.
Reservations that have been taken with deposits shall be filled by selling the available puppies to the homes they are best suited for, with suitable homes being contacted in the order in which reservations were taken. Paying a deposit and reserving a puppy does not guarantee that a puppy meeting your requirements will be available in this upcoming litter. Pet quality puppies will never be sold for show or breeding purposes. Show prospects may be obtained as pets, but the price of the puppy will nevertheless be determined by its evaluation as a possible show dog.
If the puppy is not shipped or picked up by the age of ten (10) weeks, buyer forfeits the deposit and the puppy may then be sold without any obligation to the original prospective buyer. If the puppy is available and the buyer does not accept the puppy, the deposit is forfeited.
